Dance and Fitness Class Studio Rental in Garden City

Instructors on Long Island often get squeezed between pricey gym rentals and spaces that were never meant for movement. NOM Studios in Garden City is an open-floor studio you can rent by the session for dance, spin, and fitness classes.

Room to move

The clean, open floor gives your class space to spread out, with warm, adjustable light that feels better than fluorescent gym lighting. Bring your own equipment for a spin or strength class, or keep it simple for a dance or movement session.

Turn your class into content

Because this is a production studio, you can film your class for promos, online programs, or social clips during the same booking. For a lot of instructors, that is how they fill the next class.

• Open floor for dance, spin, and fitness
• Warm, adjustable lighting and sound
• Private during your session
• Parking on site for your students

Rent only what you need

Paying for a full gym or a permanent lease is a lot to carry when you are building a class following. Renting an open studio by the session lets you run your class, test new times, and grow at your own pace without the overhead. Bring your own equipment for a spin or strength session, or keep it simple for a dance or movement class.

The open floor gives students room to move, with warm, adjustable light and sound that beats a harsh gym environment. A private, dedicated space during your booking also means your students get a real class, not a corner of a busy room.

Market your class from the same room

Because this is a production studio, you can film your class for promos, an online program, or social clips during the same session. For a lot of instructors on Long Island, those clips are exactly what fills the next class, and capturing them where you already teach saves a separate shoot.
