Frequently asked questions

What can I book the space for?
Podcasts, photo and video shoots, and private events: launches, workshops, panels, networking, pop-ups, wellness sessions, and parties. One room that becomes whatever you need.
What is included with the space?
The open floor, a two-wall cyc, professional lighting and a sound system, a green room, high-speed WiFi, and an ADA-accessible restroom. Tables and chairs are available to rent, and in-house event planning and content are add-ons. Everything handled under one roof.
Can my event be filmed or photographed?
Yes. We are a working studio, so you can add photo or video coverage and leave with content from the same booking.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes. The event space is a blank canvas, so bring your own caterer and set the room up your way. A catered-event fee covers staging, trash, and chafers.
What is the first-time session rate?
$99 per hour, a one-time rate for photography bookings only. No membership needed, one per client.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes, for photographers: Starter $149/mo, Pro $299/mo, and Resident $599/mo, with included studio hours and priority booking.
How do I reserve a date?
A deposit holds your date and applies toward your balance ($250 for studio and event blocks, 50% for full events). Until the deposit is received, the date stays open to others.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, up to 14 days before your booked date. Cancel within 14 days and it is non-refundable, since the date can no longer be rebooked, but it can transfer once to a new date within 6 months. A separate $500 damage deposit on events is fully refundable after your booking.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, once, with at least 14 days notice. Your deposit moves to the new date within 6 months, subject to availability. Changes within 14 days count as a cancellation.
When is my balance due?
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Bookings made within 14 days are paid in full at reservation.
What if I cancel?
Cancel 14 or more days out and your deposit is refunded. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit and are charged the full balance, since the date can no longer be rebooked, though the deposit can transfer once to a new date within 6 months.
