Welcome to NOM Studios, operated by NOM Media Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking our space, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide studio, podcast, video, and event space rentals and related services in Garden City, NY.
Bookings, deposits, and cancellations
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. The deposit holds your date for you and applies toward your balance.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Bookings made within 14 days are paid in full at reservation.
- Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel 14 or more days before your date, you owe nothing further. Cancellations within 14 days are charged the full balance, since the date can no longer be rebooked.
- You may reschedule once with at least 14 days notice. Your deposit moves to the new date within 6 months, subject to availability. Changes within 14 days are treated as a cancellation.
- Promotional rates, such as founding rates, are subject to their stated terms and deadlines.
Use of the space
You agree to use the space lawfully and responsibly, to follow our on-site rules, and to be responsible for any loss or damage caused during your booking.
SMS and text messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive the messages described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOM Media Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or space.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
